Sierra Medical Group is happy to provide Urgent Care centers for patients to access urgent care after normal business hours. In order to ensure that proper medical treatment is provided, members must contact their Primary Care Physician before accessing care at the Urgent Care Facilities below. If necessary, patients should go directly to the nearest emergency room should their condition warrant emergency services. The following locations are available for after hours Urgent Care: Lancaster
